From I-91 North

• I-91 North to Exit 36
• Take a right turn off the exit ramp onto Park Avenue
• Proceed on Park Avenue and take the 4th left onto Sage Park Road
• The school will be on your left.

From I-91 South

• I-91 South to Exit 36
• Take a left turn off the exit ramp onto Park Avenue
• Proceed on Park Avenue and take the 5th left onto Sage Park Road
• The school will be on your left.
